Payments that help with the cost of children
Several payments can help families, and they use different tests. Family Tax Benefit is based on family income and the age of your children. Child Care Subsidy depends on your family income and the fees you pay. Parental Leave Pay is paid around the birth or adoption of a child, and Parenting Payment is for the main carer of a young child.
